Terms of service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Prodio website and service. If you use Prodio on behalf of an organisation, you agree to them for that organisation. Custom plans may be covered by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence where it differs.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your team’s workspace.
Your content
You own the recordings, scripts and films you create. You give us permission to host, process and display them only as needed to provide Prodio to you and the people you share with. You confirm you have the rights to anything you record or upload, and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights.
AI output
Prodio uses AI to suggest scripts, visuals and voiceovers. Please review output before you publish it. You are responsible for the films you publish.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Prodio to create unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
- Do not try to access other teams’ data, disrupt the service or get around its limits.
- Do not resell or white-label Prodio without a written agreement with us.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance at the price agreed when you subscribe, plus VAT where it applies. You can cancel at the end of any billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Prodio available and improving, which means features may change over time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Prodio at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, you can export your films first, after which we delete your content in line with our privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
