Team isolation
Every recording, film and render belongs to a team. Each request is checked against your active team before any file is touched.
Shares you can take back
Share links are signed, expire after a period you choose, and can be revoked instantly. Embeds only play on the sites you allow.
Redaction before sharing
Prodio can find emails, card numbers and keys in a recording and blur them. Passwords are never captured by the recorder.
Secrets kept secret
Access keys and connected accounts are encrypted or stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text.
Private by default
Nothing is public unless you share it. Pages refuse to be framed by other sites unless you have allowed it.
Careful with AI
Our AI sees only what it needs to make your film, and your recordings are never used to train AI models.
Infrastructure
Prodio runs on established, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. We share data with our providers only as needed to run the service, and a full list of sub-processors is available to customers on request.

Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email info@prodio.tech with the details. We will acknowledge your report promptly, keep you updated, and credit you if you would like. Please do not access other people’s data or disrupt the service while testing.
